Dear PCS Community,

We’re starting 2026 with real momentum. For the first time in the organization’s history, all three pillars of our Theory of Change - Access, Equity, and Cohesion - are performing above target. When those pillars are strong together, the mission is strong. What follows is a quick walk from the organizational level, into program outcomes, then into the families we serve and the community that makes it possible.

At the organizational level

The dashboard you see above tells a simple story: from 2022 to 2026, PCS moved from building capacity to sustaining impact. Programs that were once approaching target are now consistently above it. Red | Below, Yellow | Approaching, Teal | Above

Drilling down into a few program outcomes

Membership growth: PCS now serves roughly 1,700 individuals across guided and self-guided programs.

Youth participation has steadily climbed. Between 2022 and 2026, 795 students participated in youth programs, with attendance and access participation consistently meeting or exceeding goals.

Squash participation and community events have more than doubled since 2022, signaling that members aren’t just joining PCS - they’re staying.

The families behind the numbers

Guided programs lead to independence, independence leads to leadership, and leadership feeds the community back into itself. That cycle is now visible at scale.

What sustains the work

None of this happens without a committed base of supporters. Scholarships continue to be the engine that keeps access at the center of growth.

Looking ahead

In 2026, our focus is to retire the remaining debt on our new facility, and sustain a lean, high-impact community center. You’ll see this work show up in the Coastal Challenge this spring, continued momentum around the scholarship campaign this summer, and - of course - the Squash Ball in Q4.

Thank you for being part of this community and helping PCS grow with intention. It takes a community.
